Refund policy

Every Cove set and jacket includes a 30-day shift-test. Wear it on the floor. If it binds, bags, or you hate the fit, contact us through the store within 30 days of delivery and we refund it.

Wash and wear during the test is expected. Send it back in the condition a working nurse would send it back.

Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive the return. Shipping timing for the return is on you unless we sent the wrong size or a damaged piece.
